About these terms

These terms apply to all modules, sessions and programmes offered by Victory IQ, based in Geluveld, Belgium. By booking a session or accepting a proposal, you agree to them.

What we offer

Victory IQ provides off-track driver development: knowledge assessments, technical classes, Driver-in-the-Loop simulator sessions, physical assessments, data debriefs and event preparation.

Our simulator is used as a tool to develop performance. It is not a driving school, and we do not market ourselves as a provider of driver coaching.

No guaranteed results

Performance on track depends on many factors outside our control, including the car, the team, the conditions and the driver. We do not guarantee specific lap times, results or career outcomes.

Illustrations on this website, such as the speed trace on the home page, are visuals. They do not represent real-world telemetry or the results of a specific driver.

Bookings and prices

All prices on this website exclude VAT. The prices of the combined programmes are “from” prices.

Individual sessions are charged at an hourly rate of €75 per hour, and Driver-in-the-Loop simulator sessions at €125 per hour.

The final price, schedule and payment terms are set out in the proposal you receive before booking. Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are included in that proposal.

Health and safety

Physical assessments, training and simulator sessions can be demanding. Tell us in advance about any medical condition, injury or medication that may be relevant. We may adapt or stop a session if we believe it is not safe to continue.

Drivers under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian to take part.

Your data

We use the details you send us to reply to your request and to deliver our services. Telemetry, video and assessment results you share with us are used only for your development. We share them with your team or others only with your permission.

Course materials

Reports, course notes and other materials we provide are for your own use. Please do not distribute them without our permission.

Liability

You take part in sessions at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law. Victory IQ is not liable for decisions made on track or for incidents during racing or testing.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
