Modules

Each module stands on its own, and all of them feed one driver profile. Most drivers start with the knowledge and physical assessments, then build from there.

Knowledge assessment

Format: 90 minutes, online or on site

Most drivers know more than they can explain and less than they think. The knowledge assessment finds out exactly which, so your classes target real gaps rather than repeating what you already know.

Book this module

What you work on

  • Vehicle dynamics: weight transfer, balance, grip and how set-up changes them
  • Work ethic: preparation, discipline and how you work with your team
  • Racecraft and regulations: starts, restarts, overtaking, flags and penalties
  • Engineering vocabulary: describing what the car does in terms an engineer can use

You leave with

A written knowledge profile with scores per topic and a recommended class plan.

Technical classes

Format: Series of 30-minute classes

Engineering knowledge, translated for the person in the seat. Each class connects theory to something you can feel in the car and something you can see in the data.

Book this module

What you work on

  • Vehicle dynamics and balance through the phases of a corner
  • Set-up: what each adjustment changes and how to ask for the right one
  • Tyre warm-up procedures: out-laps, restarts and safety car periods
  • Reading telemetry: speed, throttle, brake, steering and comparing laps

You leave with

Course notes for every class and a short test to confirm what has stuck.

Driver-in-the-Loop sessions

Format: 2- to 4-hour sessions

A Driver-in-the-Loop simulator is where you can do a hundred laps of a circuit you have never seen, repeat a braking zone until it is automatic, and feel a set-up change without spending a set of tyres.

Book this module

What you work on

  • Circuit learning before an event, or reviewing it afterwards
  • Repeatable references for braking, turn-in and throttle application
  • Set-up exploration: feeling and describing the effect of a change
  • Procedures: starts, pit entry and exit, safety car restarts

You leave with

Session data with lap comparisons, and a track guide for the event.

Physical assessment

Format: 2-hour assessment, optional personal training

Racing is a physical sport that rarely gets treated like one. We measure the qualities that matter in the car and compare them with what your category asks of you.

Book this module

What you work on

  • Neck and core strength for sustained cornering and braking loads
  • Cardiovascular endurance and recovery between sessions
  • Reaction time and decision-making under fatigue
  • Performance under load: staying precise as physical and mental demands rise

You leave with

A physical profile with clear targets, and the option of personal training to reach them.

Data and debrief

Format: Remote, after each event

Data only helps if it changes what you do next. After each event we review your telemetry and onboard video together and agree on a short list of priorities.

Book this module

What you work on

  • Lap comparison against your own best and, where available, a team-mate
  • Braking, minimum speed and throttle analysis per corner
  • Consistency over a stint and under pressure
  • Turning findings into a plan for the next simulator session

You leave with

A one-page debrief with clear priorities for the next event.

Event preparation

Format: Before each event

The weekend is short and every session counts. We prepare each event together with you, your team and your engineers, so the weekend is spent executing rather than working things out.

Book this module

What you work on

  • Track study: layout, references, kerbs and track evolution
  • A plan per session: run plan, targets and what to feed back
  • Briefing and debrief routines with your engineer
  • Nutrition and a warm-up routine, so you are ready from the first lap

You leave with

An event book with your plan, references and targets for each session.

Combining modules

These are the combinations drivers ask for most. We put together the exact programme with you after a first conversation.

  • Baseline

    From €285

Knowledge assessment, physical assessment and a Driver-in-the-Loop test session. You get a complete picture of where you stand and a development plan.

  • Development

    From €549

A series of technical classes and Driver-in-the-Loop sessions for the circuits on your calendar. You start the season with the knowledge and references already in place.

  • Season support

    From €899

Event preparation before every round, a data debrief after it, and simulator time in between. Each round builds on the last, so progress continues all season.
