About Victory IQ
Victory IQ was born from a recurring observation: drivers often know more than they can express, while tight schedules on track leave little room for technical education. Victory IQ bridges this gap, turning driver feedback and data into understanding, performance and results.
Why Victory IQ exists
Racing at a professional level is expensive, and most of the budget goes on track time. Yet a lot of that time is spent learning things that could have been learned elsewhere: where the braking point is, what the car is doing, why the tyres are going off.
Victory IQ moves that learning off the track. We combine engineering knowledge, simulator work and physical preparation into one programme, so that a driver’s time in the car goes into what only the car can teach.
The name says what we believe. Victory comes from understanding, and laptime is the result of everything you did before you crossed the line.

Victor Platteeuw
With over 10 years of experience in data analysis, rooted in his international karting career, including two appearances at the Rotax Karting World Championship, Victor Platteeuw turned his racing experience into an engineering career. As an engineer and physical trainer, he understands driver performance from every angle.
