Laptime is a result.

Victory IQ develops racing drivers away from the circuit: what you know, how you drive, what your body can take and how you work with your engineer. Get those right and the laptime follows.

Speed over one lap, before and after training An illustrative speed trace over one lap, played back live. It is a visual and does not represent real-world telemetry. The trained lap brakes later, carries more minimum speed and gets on the throttle earlier, finishing 1.062 seconds faster than the reference lap.

Track time is the most expensive way to learn.

A test day costs thousands and gives you a few dozen laps. Most of what decides those laps can be built before you leave home: understanding the car, reading your own data, knowing the circuit, and a body that still performs in the final stint.

That is where we work. So that when you do get in the car, every lap is spent going faster, not finding out why you are not.

We work with teams and drivers, not against them. The goal is a shared ambition: to fast-track driver development.

What changes when the off-track work is done

  • You arrive at the circuit already knowing it, corner by corner.
  • Your feedback gives your engineer something to act on.
  • You stay precise in the last laps, when others fade.
  • You know what to work on after every session.

Our method works like a lap: three sectors, then the timing line.

Every driver goes through the same loop. What changes is where you start and how much time you spend in each sector.

  1. Sector 1

    Assess

We measure where you are: knowledge, driving and physical condition.

  2. Sector 2

    Develop

Classes, simulator work and training, built around the gaps we found.

  3. Sector 3

    Apply

You take it to the track with a plan for every session.

  4. Timing line

    Review

Your data comes back to us, the profile updates, and the next lap starts.

Built for drivers on the way up.

Our programmes are designed for drivers aged roughly 14 to 25 who are serious about a professional career, and for pro-am drivers who want to boost their development.

  • Karting graduates stepping into cars

Discover how the dynamics of a car differ from a kart, from weight transfer to tyre behaviour. Learn what changes with suspension, downforce and an engineer, before your first test.

  • Junior and pro-am drivers

Juniors moving up the ladder and pro-am drivers combining racing with a career, who need to learn circuits fast and make every lap count.

  • GT sprint and endurance drivers

Endurance drivers sharing a car who need to be consistent over long stints, and GT sprint drivers who need to be there from lap 1.

  • Teams and driver management

A structured off-track programme for your drivers, with clear reporting you can follow. Requests from the team can be passed on to us and scored.

Start with an assessment.

Book a first session or tell us where you are in your career. We will get back to you personally.
